Compliance Officer

Tokyo office of an elite foreign securities company is looking for a compliance officer with experience in securities and asset management. The role will encompass compliance/legal issues for the asset management activities of the firm under the umbrella of the securities company. Typical tasks might be product filings, approval of marketing materials, etc. Tokyo based but with some Asian region duties as well. Applicant must have native Japanese and fluent English skills.
