Business Manager - Equities

Major banking institution is seeking a Business Manager for its Tokyo office. You will be given the role to manage key business initiatives and expansion projects, perform business analysis, perform information security responsibilities.
See below for the requirements:

* At least 4 years relevant experience in Control, Compliance or Business Management related roles.
For example: Finance / Product Controls, Management Reporting, Internal Audit, Compliance, Front Office etc.
* Administration or who is working in "Big Four" Accounting Firm at a senior level and seeking opportunity in investment banking industry
* Sound knowledge of Capital Markets; equity product knowledge is a advantage
* Japanese and English, verbal and written
* Analytical skills with good attention to detail
* Strategic focus and commitment to teamwork
* Ability to interface with people
