Technical Information Security Officer (TISO)

Top-teir Tokyo instutional broker seeks TISO to lead TI units in implementing security functions for all activities and operations. Reporting to the TI Control Manager, the TISO is responsible for overall in-house security as a managed business risk and communication of information security policies and standards. The TISO is also responsible for cross-team security consistency, compliance and coordination of information security directives and the implementation of TI-wide information security initiatives.

* Experienced and deft multi-disciplined technologist (market data feeds, network, PC, UNIX, etc.).
* Outstanding communication skills in English and/or Japanese required.
