Application Support Analyst / Fixed Income Systems
Premier Tokyo Brokerage seeks experienced Application Support Analyst for its Fixed Income Systems team.
Leadership role of 1st / 2nd level day-to-day support assisting the support manager in a Fixed Income Aplication Support and Operations capacity for local and global teams in key world markets. Support lead for process improvement, coordination, infrastructure enhancement and testing for business and technology groups, including trade and non-trade issue management such as position breaks.
Successful candidate will have experience in application support and deployment, internal communication and resolution management system and procedural methods. A vital function of this position is to interface between desks and development and production teams in regards to issue resolution, enhancements, technological fixes, summary reviews and develop improvements and automation of systems including support tool development.
* Skilled, multi-disciplined technologist (market data feeds, network, PC, UNIX, etc.).
* Position affords chance to develop increased knowledge of in-house apps, local/global data flow and FI business.
